L.E.A.P.: Learning Every Aspect of Prostitution is a first time prostitution solicitor education program held
quarterly. The cost for the LEAP is a form of restitution, in that that fee helps to fund our Sex Outreach
Workers Program; which offers women working the streets support and referrals they need to gain access to
treatment in their time. Both are designed to address the ongoing social problem of chemical addiction and
prostitution. This program was developed in an effort to address and assist all those involved in order to
be truly effective.

Program Hours: L.E.A.P. Program Dates: March 17, 2005/ August 18, 2005/ November 10, 2005
Application Procedure: Court, Probation and self-referrals for those who wish to break the cycle are
all accepted for LEAP Program. No referral necessary for Sex Outreach Worker Program.
Eligibility Requirements: 18 and up
Fees and Payment Information: L.E.A.P. Program fee $500.00/ no cost for Sex Outreach Workers Program.
